Link Lane connects communities via transit within and beyond Lane County.
No, Link Lane is a Lane Council of Governments service. We are coordinating services with LTD and other transit service providers to create an efficient transit network within and beyond Lane County.
The service is primarily funded by Oregon’s Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund. We have also received grant funding from the Federal Transit Administration to purchase a bus for the Eugene-Florence route.
Routes between Eugene and Florence, as well as, Florence and Yachats.
OThe Florence-Eugene bus currently runs seven days per week. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, the route operates three roundtrip journeys per day. On Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, the route operates two roundtrip journeys per day.
On the Florence-Yachats Connector, there are four round trips per day, Monday through Saturday. See our schedules/fares page for more information.
Anyone can use Link Lane!
For the Eugene-Florence Connector, the cost of a one-way ticket is $5. Fares between Florence and Mapleton are $1 each way. Tickets can be purchased aboard with cash, or on amtrak.com
For the Florence-Yachats Connector, the cost is $2.50 for a one-way ticket or $5 for all day service. Please bring exact change or pre-purchase tickets. The bus driver does not carry cash and cannot make change. This route currently is not on Amtrak for ticket purchase.
The bus begins and ends the route at the Eugene Amtrak station and Grocery Outlet in Florence. Stops are made in Downtown Eugene, Veneta, Mapleton, Three Rivers Casino, and Old Town Park.
The bus begins and ends the route at Grocery Outlet in Florence and Log Church (3rd and Pontiac) in Yachats with a stop at the Carl G. Washburne State Park.
Link Lane buses will not run if roads become unsafe due to inclement weather such as snow or ice. Service updates will be posted on the Link Lane Facebook page.

Yes, buses are equipped with bike racks.
No person shall bring or carry into a Link Lane bus, any animal not housed in an enclosed carrying container, except for a person who requires a service animal, or a person training a service animal. If any animal shall be allowed on a Link Lane bus, an animal will be prohibited if such animal creates a hazard or nuisance to any passenger or Link Lane employee.
Shopping bags and backpacks must be able to fit in the rider’s lap, be clean, and not create a sanitary issue such as a leaking bag. No sharp or dangerous objects are allowed. One additional piece of luggage will be allowed and appropriately stored.
There is not a restroom on any of the Link Lane buses.
